Reimer Hardwoods is nowing carrying Collins Pacific Albus. Pacific Albus is a hardwood species ideal for a variety of uses including:
- Lightweight, straight grain, medium/fine texture, very light color
- Adheres to and holds paint, stains and enamels
- Ideal for machining, gluing, sanding, boring and turning
- Edge-glueswell. Stable due to low shrinkage factor(1.16)
- FSC Pure certified including mill residuals – chips, sawdust and bark
- Good alternative to Alder, Aspen, Basswood, Poplar and many softwood applications
- Consistent, uniform, available year round
- Can contribute to LEED credits in several categories
